Internal Account Managers

Job description:

  • - You are the single point of contact for our customers and take care of the complete handling of their cars from A to Z. For this you are in constant contact with HR or fleet managers of our customers and with their drivers.
  • - You follow all requests from customers by mail & phone. You enter these in the online tool and ensure that they are executed within set deadlines.
  • - You manage the planning of all assignments in the sub-processes and are constantly looking for the best solutions for our customers, taking into account various parameters.
  • - Continuous communication with customers and drivers about their requests and processed vehicles.
  • - Supervise and ensure flawless execution of all operational processes related to collection and delivery of cars.
  • - You work in a team and are open to transparent communication with various internal and external departments.
  • - Together with your teammates you ensure complete administration of all performances in the online tool with a view to correct invoicing and reporting to the customer.
  • - You report to your team manager and solve difficult questions or problems together with this person. You actively search for solutions and discuss these with your customer.
  • - You regularly organize consultation moments with your customer together with your team manager to evaluate the daily operations and make adjustments where necessary.

 

Who are you?

  • - You have a Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent through experience.
  • - You have already gained work experience in a service-oriented job.
  • - You like human contact and are customer-friendly in all situations.
  • - You're a real team player, you've got your team's back!
  • - You have a commercial touch, are communicative and easy to deal with.
  • - You are service-oriented and flexible.
  • - You think problem-solving and result-oriented. As a result, you like to tackle work efficiently.

  • - Good knowledge of spoken and written Dutch, French and English.

Damage Expert (IAE certified)

Job description:

  • - Performing a detailed inspection of all damage to cars according to imposed standards using a smartphone application and online tool.
  • - Customer focus is a must, as you will usually conduct inspections with the customer present.
  • - You inform the customer or driver about the damage condition of the inspected car and provide additional explanation about the standards and repair method used.
  • - You are responsible for the administrative processing of the established damages and prepare reports within the deadlines set on the online tool.
  • - You communicate transparently with customers and clients via email or online tool.
  • - You can also make people happy by handing them over a car. You do everything you can to give them a “top” experience.
  • - You have daily contact with your team manager about all assignments and customers.

Aspirant Damage Expert

For our damage management and damage inspection service, DriveX, we are looking for a Prospective Damage Expert who would like to obtain an IAE recognition.

The goal of this role:

  • - You will enter a process of a two-year internship to become a damage expert in which all aspects of the job of damage inspectors for company vehicles will be taught.
  • - You will be guided by a training supervisor who continuously monitors and trains you.
  • - After these two years of internship, you will have to take an exam at the Institute for Auto Experts to obtain your approval number as an expert.

What can you expect?

  • - You will learn how to conduct a full and detailed inspection of damages on company vehicles. This according to the Renta standard on a smartphone application and online tool.
  • - Customer focus is a must as you will usually conduct inspections in the presence of the customer or driver. You will learn how to approach the customer correctly when informing the damage state of the inspected car.
  • - In addition to working hands-on, you will also learn to process the established vehicles administratively. You prepare reports in the online tool, within the set deadlines.
  • - You will learn to communicate transparently through various communication channels.
  • - You have daily contact with your team manager about assignments and customers.
  • - You can also make a lot of people happy, because not only do you inspect vehicles that have been taken in, but you also deliver cars to customers and drivers. Hereby you give a detailed explanation about the functioning of the car as well as the damage present. The challenge here: to create a “top” experience for the customers.

Who are you?

  • - You have a bachelor's degree in automotive technology or a graduate degree in mechanics.
  • - You like human contact and are customer-friendly in all situations.
  • - You are a real team player.
  • - You have a commercial touch, are communicative and easy to deal with.
  • - You think problem-solving and result-oriented.
  • - If necessary, you dare to raise problems with your direct supervisor.
  • - Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English and / or are willing to work on this further.
  • - You can manage well with Word and Excel.
  • - You are a digital native and easily learn new online tools.
  • - Flexibility is greatly appreciated as we work with a flexible schedule between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
