We have developed our own methodology of damage reviews and work with real pricing for the calculation of damages.

Our damage advisory team performs the damage reviews on your cars at your office locations, private addresses or our office in Vilvoorde. Our infrastructure is well equipped to execute the review in the best conditions. Appointments for damage reviews can be made in a very flexible way and with a very short lead time for execution.

We have developed our own methodology of damage review and work with real pricing for the calculation of damages. We also apply a maximal usage of smart & spot repair in combination with traditional repair.

We provide you a service which makes it possible to approach your driver in an independent and uniform way. We can even help in the awareness of the driver in the usage of his company car. As we meet the driver for the inspection of his car, we inform him in the best possible way what a normal usage of a company car can be (Renta norm), how to proceed when the car is damaged and how to prevent certain damages. A damage review can be done at each driver-car switch, at an exit employment, at the end of lease of a car or in between to have a better view of the damages on your fleet of cars.

We provide you information on the damages on the car but we can also work out a charge to driver system based on your car policy and according to the requirements of your HR. We work with camera tablets supported by an online real time platform (directly uploaded with the use of 4G). Immediately after the damage review, the driver signs for the registered damages and receives the signed damage report with pictures in his mailbox. As soon as the damage calculation is finished, the completed damage review report arrives straight in your mailbox and all the data of the review can be consulted on our platform.

Our cleaning team makes sure every car is ready to be delivered at any moment, in a showroom ready status.

Needless to say, cleaning the cars is an indispensable part of our process. Our cleaning team makes sure every car is ready to be delivered at any moment, and more importantly in a perfectly clean status both inside and outside. During each cleaning fluids are filled, and tyre pressure is checked, in order to allow the next driver to have a showroom ready pool car which looks like a new one.  Next to the standard cleaning services we do on each pool car, we also offer a broad range of other cleaning services like in-depth cleaning of interiors, anti-smell and anti-smoke treatment, cleaning of utility cars, polishing, etc.

We make your pool car as good as new so that he can be put into running fleet again in the best possible way.

The technical check is a unique part of our process, and also one we pay a great amount of importance to because it directly affects the safety and the driving experience of the next driver.

Working closely with the cleaning team, we rely on our technical advisors to detect any possible technical issues that need to be taken care of to deliver the car in an impeccable driving condition. This technical review involves checking all vital functions such as when the car is due for maintenance, verifying the tyres and the tyre pressure and making sure the legal kit and official car documents are present. We also check if the car has other technical problems like battery problems, brake problems, lighting, the functioning of GPS, radio, multimedia, central closing systems, heating system, window-wipers, etc. This is registered on a detailed checklist which is reported afterwards to the customer.

During this review we will also immediately fix small issues which are imminent, like a shortage of engine oil, low tyre pressure or a defective light bulb. To resolve bigger issues we work together with official dealerships, tyre centres, lease companies, glass repair companies, etc. who guarantee us the fastest service without having to make appointments.

Our accounts make sure that next to the registration of the technical issues, they also follow-up and coordinate all issues which have to be handled on the car to be able to bring the car back in a status to be delivered again. The flexibility of our drivers enhances us to provide specific solutions, like returning an end of lease car immediately to the leasing company after the damage appraisal has been conducted or to deliver a car to a new employee on his first working day.

Our transport services are one of the most appreciated services we offer because we are amongst the most flexible car transporting companies. In agreement with the customer, we can organise the pickup & delivery of their car at their office or even at their home address, in Belgium and abroad.

Additionally our drivers will thoroughly summarise the condition of the car (general information, damages, options the car is equipped with, etc.) in the presence of the driver via a car check if requested by the customer.

The flexibility of our drivers enhances us to provide specific solutions, like returning an end of lease car immediately to the leasing company after the damage appraisal has been conducted or to deliver a car to a new employee on his first working day. These services can offered separately from our other services. If required we also have the possibility to work with transportation by truck when a bigger volume of cars has to be handled.

Due to our use of separate drivers, transports can be scheduled in an extremely flexible way. This means we can offer the possibility to arrive at a specific time instead of being limited to a range of hours. Pick-ups or deliveries requested one day in advance can be carried out as of 7.30 am the next day. If needed, rush assignments can even be executed the same day still!

Care4Fleets has been active in the field of vehicle conversion for nearly 2 years. Albeit a particularly new business, our team possesses an indispensable know-how and extensive experience when it comes to applying your daily needs to your vehicles. Every day we examine the limitations our customers are faced with concerning their vehicles, and we propose conversion solutions based on creativity, quality and service. Our vehicle conversion programme offers a broad range of possibilities: coating of floors and side protections, signalisation, lettering/printing/wrapping, mounting of tail lifts and ladder systems, installation of cabins, desks, monitors and intercoms. 

Not only do we install different sorts of modifications in your vehicles, the vehicle conversion department at Care4Fleets also acts as an exclusive dealer for the Italian brand Baggio De Sordi. One of their most remarkable products is called the 'Nox Box'. This box can be mounted on any pick-up truck and contains numerous toolsets in addition to a system for (un)loading ladders.

We occupy actually 40.000m² but extensions are possible.

Our facility in Vilvoorde is well equipped to store over 1600 cars simultaneously, on a highly secured interior and exterior parking. We occupy actually 40.000m² but extensions are possible.

During this time the cars are kept in the best condition and ready to be delivered upon request. This makes it very easy for you to keep any number of cars available. Based on the central location on of our premises in Vilvoorde, we can work easily all over the country with very short lead times. Cars stored at our facility for a longer amount of time are repeatedly checked for technical issues to maintain their availability and possibility to be delivered at any given moment.
